North & South Twin Lakes

Problem: Eurasian Watermilfoil

Fishing had become nearly impossible on South Twin lake, and the milfoil that was preventing recreation was spreading to North Twin lake. A Lake District was formed to combat the invasive weed. Led by Jay Wittman and Joe Fritzsche, the district board turned to a new technology. Amy Kay and Clarke Aquatic Services came on board and found immediate success in removing the milfoil.
