Under the direction and periodic review of the Regional Sales Leader, the Technical Specialist is responsible for managing sales, customers, projects, assisting with market and field development activities, and providing technical stewardship of SePRO’s aquatic technologies.
Support company’s network infrastructure, internal and external communication systems and provide desktop support. Monitor network to ensure network availability to all system users and may perform necessary maintenance to support network availability. May monitor and test website performance to ensure websites operate correctly and without interruption. Perform modelling, analysis, planning, and coordination with business to ensure information technology resources are meeting business goals and objectives within budget. Administer network security measures and disaster recovery. Support and ensure availability of vital corporate applications including the ERP and CRM systems as well as assist in their implementation

The ideal candidate is capable of building a market-leading strategy while having a bias for action, execution and results. Reporting to the Vice-President - Marketing and partnering closely with the Director of the T&O Division, the Portfolio Leader will have accountability for the development and implementation of the marketing strategy for the current and future portfolio of T&O products.
The Technical Development Leader is primarily responsible for showcasing core research into customer-centric benefits and developing an expanding portfolio of nursery and ornamental products.
The Technical Specialist is responsible for driving sales of SePRO’s ornamental products in the territory, providing technical support & stewardship, and assisting with market and field development activities. The preferred location for this position is south / central California. This is an excellent opportunity for a person with strong technical sales and business development skills.
