A North Spokane golf course had some trouble in this past Halloween; vandals, yet to be identified, tipped over porta potties, removed range flags and damaged golf carts. They even drove one cart to the neighboring town of Tatum, about 30 miles away. "When they start stealing golf carts and tearing up the green, especially this time of year, when the grass isn't growing, it's a headache," said Chris Concienne, superintendent at the Sun Dance Golf Course.
