     Starting January 1st, 2015, requirements for reporting to Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) are becoming stricter. “Employers will now be required to report all work-related fatalities within eight hours and all inpatient hospitalizations, amputations and losses of an eye within 24 hours of finding [out] about the incident.” The current requirements required that clubs report fatalities, but not within a time-limit, and when three or more workers were all hospitalized for the same incident.
