     Georgia Southern University is no stranger to accolades, and since Golf Digest placed them on their 2014 Best New Golf Courses list, they can chalk up another one for their sports’ program. “This represents a number of things that speak loudly and boldly about what Georgia Southern is and where we are going,” said University President Brooks A. Keel, Ph.D. “We are a university on the move and are always looking for ways to better serve our students and community.” Boasting a driving range, practice putting and chipping greens and a newly-renovated 8,000 square foot clubhouse (with pro shop, snack bar and meeting place), the course is definitely one to check out.
