SePRO Corporation is pleased to welcome Max Gilley as a Technical Specialist to lead ornamental sales and support in Arizona, California, Hawaii, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, Oregon, and Washington.

Mr. Gilley earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Plant Science from the University of Missouri and a Master of Science degree in Entomology and Plant Pathology from Mississippi State University.  Max conducted research on the impacts and control of fungal pathogens while at Mississippi State.  He has spent that last year as a Research Associate at SePRO’s Research and Technology Campus (SRTC) in Whitakers, NC.   

Max is passionate about solving problems when it comes to plant production.  “As an agronomist, I love mitigating production issues and working with growers to find the best solutions,” said Max.  Scott Shuler, Western Regional Sales Manager, added, “Max had a strong desire to move into a Technical Specialist role so he could interact with growers to help them solve problems.  Max will quickly become a valuable resource for SePRO’s nursery and greenhouse customers.”

SePRO continues to expand their ornamental portfolio with significant adoption of Topflor® Plant Growth Regulator, Hachi-Hachi®SC and Rycar® Insecticides, and Preferal® Microbial Insecticide.  And we look forward to launching the new OMRI Listed - Zio™ Fungicide later this year.

Max Gilley will begin his role as the Ornamental Technical Specialist for the West Coast beginning on February 15, 2017.
